Paradise Shores

This is our third stay in this condo and we love the views and proximity to Netarts bay. It’s a very quiet and peaceful location with close by beach access (via a steepish trail) and is within walking distance of small convenience store. The kitchen , dining and living areas all have amazing water views. The building itself is dated but with updated furnishings. The door to the main bedroom is very sticky and hard to close as well as slider door to shared bathroom doesn’t fully close. Dog friendly too which we appreciate. Will stay again

From the time I reserved my beautiful corner condo unit to check out I was impressed with the friendly and immediate response from the local property manager!
The condo was immaculately clean and organized with everything to make my stay very comfortable. All of the conveniences were well thought through for my 6 night stay. The guest services manager was so friendly and wanted to be sure I was very comfortable and my needs were met. I will come back and highly recommend this group to anyone wanting to have a wonderful experience.

We are excited to have found such a wonderful place in Netarts. Great views of the bay and ocean in one location. Everything about this place was amazing, best of all the location gave us easy access to Cape Meares, Three Arch Rocks and Cape Lookout.

The host was great to work with and is pet friendly which is hard to find along the coast in such a beautiful place.

This was a fantastic place! We loved the location, and the view was out of this world! Sarah was always available for questions and concerns. The tub was great for soaking, and everything was as advertised.

We have been using VRBO et al for 25 years. Last year we quit. Too costly, bad property management etc. We have use Shore Thing rental management twice and both times were exceptional. Paradise Shores is absolutely great. Truly have never stayed in one of these facilities that was better equipped than this one. Clean, functional, well thought out in terms of what a client might need. Location is perfect. Price is very competitive. Most importantly you can trust that if something isn't okay when you arrive that "it will be taken care of "immediately". Sarah and Monica are ON IT! We are a senior couple with 2 dogs and this property was perfect for us. Yes there are stairs but they are wide, carpeted and there is a good rail system in place. 10 out of 10. (and we are kinda picky!)

We had a great stay!! Very comfortable, great views. Loved seeing the tides and the bay. Lots of pelicans and cranes. People clamming.
My only room for improvement comment would be that the exterior of the building isn’t quite as nice as the interior of the townhouses.

Beautiful view. Clean and well stocked. Manager was easy to communicate with.watched the changing tides, pelicans, sleeping sea lions, great beach. Wonderful place to stay.

Beautiful Condo and very comfortable with amazing views.

We absolutely loved staying in this place. It was very well stocked, perfectly located and the property management company was great to work with. The view is even better than the pictures show. The property was clean and comfortable. We can't wait to stay there again! One thing to note is that all the cupboards in the kitchen are completely full so there is nowhere to put your food except for the refrigerator. All your dry goods need to go on the countertops.

We had a great time at this rental. It was just what we needed. The location was great, the view was amazing. It was just the two of us plus the dog. We explored the beach and walked for several hours every day and then spent a lot of time just relaxing. There was a hose by the door to clean the dog after beach time which was very nice.
The master bed was very comfortable and roomy. We mostly cooked in and there was everything we needed in the kitchen. There was plenty of room for us and would be fine for a few more people you would just have to share the bathroom upstairs for the shower (the bathroom downstairs is a half bath)
It was very peaceful and quiet which is exactly what we wanted.
I was very impressed with the property manager, she gave us the check in information a few days in advance which was great. That way I didn’t have to worry about getting the information if I didn’t have cell service on the road. We didn’t have any issues so I didn’t have to contact her during the stay. I did let her know when we checked out and she responded immediately so I’m sure she would have been quick to respond if there had been anything we needed from her. We would definitely stay there again.

Quiet location, incredible ocean views, walking distance to beach, comfortable bed, jetted bath tub, well equipped kitchen. Bring eye covers if you need it to be dark while sleeping.
The beach trail is towards the nearby hotel and is mostly steep stairs. If you go right, you can walk for miles. Left takes you to a jetty. I am planning on staying here again for sure! Loved it!

This is the second time we have stayed in this condo group. This unit is the best for most windows, unobstructed views down the bay, and better for privacy. Short steep walk to beach/bay is wonderful. This is becoming our favorite place to stay on the coast and hope it stays off the radar. Unit has comfy living room furniture, well appointed kitchen and large master suite. Best for 2 couples or a family with older kids. No beach supplies in unit (chairs or sand toys) but there was a kite my kids enjoyed. There are some funky very dated parts as well, but u go for the VIEW. The glass partition on the patio blocks the wind when u sit outside. It’s dog friendly which is a real plus but did not smell like dog, nor was there hair anywhere. Unit was very clean. The jacuzzi tub is a bonus. Love the small market 2 blocks away to walk to for a drink or snack. Will stay again.

We had a wonderful visit to Netarts and enjoyed staying at Paradise Shores. Wonderfully decorated and very spacious and clean. Quiet too, even though they were completely booked. Has a 90’s vibe, but very well taken care of. The views are amazing, and the tub was beloved by all. Only draw backs were they only provide 2 small pieces of wood for the two fireplaces, and they don’t provide any TV cable streaming. The location was ideal close to many outdoor adventures and beach access.

We stayed here a year ago and couldn't wait to come back. The place is very comfortable and well maintained. We spent most days beach walking and cooking in a kitchen with one of the best views around. Some of our favorites: walking to the Schooner Restaurant along the beach, watching the activity at the boat ramp, Debbie Ds jerky in Tillamook and fresh oysters on the half shell at the Fish Peddler in Bay City.

Paradise shores was a great condo in a great location. Sarah from shore thing rentals was very helpful.

We give our stay 5 stars. The view was spectacular, the house was well equipped and very clean. The beds were very comfortable too!

Views from the condo were incredible. Furniture and decor complemented the outdoor environment creating a relaxing setting. Beach access was close but steep. We read lots of books sitting inside next to the fire in the evening and on the upper or lower decks during the day. Highly recommend.

First time ever renting thru VRBO. It will not be the last time.... Excellent communication, the entire experience was easy and pleasant. We enjoyed every moment at this location. The house was clean, well supplied with kitchen items, towels, washer/drier was such a nice amenity. The view of the ocean was spectacular, way better then expected. Loved our visit and would definitely return, it had everything we needed and customer service was A+.

Perfect beach for clamming, kayaking, crabbing. Lots of wildlife to see.

The bay/ocean view from this unit is amazing and the furniture was very comfy. The kitchen was well appointed and featured an unexpectedly nice range for cooking meals. It was a short walk down to the beach where you could then walk to the Schooner Restaurant or Oceanside at low tide. We were fortunate to catch the beginning of the King Tides on our last two days. We will definitely return and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a safe, comfortable and relaxing place to stay at the coast.

This was a very nice unit to stay in. The kitchen was well supplied. We do all of our cooking in the unit for meals and appreciate the nice dish supply. Only recommendation would be it is getting time to replace the two couches closest to the deck, they are breaking down . The third couch next to kitchen is very nice. Appreciated the quality of mattresses in the bedrooms.

This comfortable, newly redecorated condo hanging over the beach is an ideal place from which to visit the beautiful Oregon coast. It is spacious and well equipped but it is the mesmerizing view from the decks that could keep us happy all day

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was everything we expected and more! A great place to stay with a beautiful view of the ocean!

This is a truly magical spot overlooking the endlessly changing seas and skies. The spacious condo has a nice layout with two balconies hanging over the beach below. The furnishings are very clean but a little tired and the flooring needs updating, but this did not mar our stay. One thing that was an issue was the difficulty of using the oven to roast veggies or meat because the fire alarm kept going off every time we opened the oven door even with the downdraft fan. And since outdoor grilling is forbidden meal preparation was very tricky. It would be nice if a better cooking arrangement could be made, but we will be back regardless!

We visit Netarts often and for some reason never had the opportunity to stay at this location. It was wonderful! Just wonderful! Everything we needed was there in the home/kitchen. We read a review with dirty carpet??? There was nothing we saw or felt as if it was dirty. It was very clean and cozy. It’s by the beach? So maybe one may have felt It was salty? I can’t even say, but know that we don’t wear our shoes in the house, a custom in Hawaii. So we tend to know the clean and dirty of things. Lol. It was such a great location and cozy home I could go on with this review but I do need to get back to work! It would be a 6 out of 5 if we could rate it that way. Hope you enjoy it as much as we did!

We had a great stay. The best overall stocked house we’ve stayed in. Very quiet part of town. House is well insulated. We could not hear kids next door. If i would have to give a “room for improvement “ I would say that I missed the part of the add where it’s a multiple unit building and the jets in the jet tub did not work. But nothing about this stay would keep me away. We will definitely stay here again.

Had a wonderful stay at this condo. Been coming here for a number of years and it never has been a disappointment. Great getaway. As a repeat visitor I can say only needs curtains replaced and the carpet could use a deep cleaning. But I will be back again. Love the area.

I have stayed at Netarts many times and have never found THE property to return to time and time again- until now. Beautiful house, beautiful view, well stocked and very communicative. A+ experience and will stay again and again.

This condo is pristine and the views are worth the price of admission! Sara was extremely responsive to our questions/needs and everything was in working order when we arrived.

We had an excellent time at the beach the only thing to complain about is the Bed’s they were very uncomfortable did not sleep well other than that it was an excellent place would definitely go back if it has different bed’s

We had a wonderful time at paradise shores and would stay again. The kitchen was well stocked, and had things like foul, plastic wrap, some spices, some flour etc. The location was centrally located between Cannon Beach and Lincoln city if you are interested in a day trip. The property was clean. The towels were fluffy. The beds were very comfortable. Sarah the cleaning manager responded quickly to our note that there was missing towel inventory, and dropped off more towels within hours of our call. The condo looked just like the photos on line. The yard was smaller than we thought from photo, but was ok for us. The path down to the water was very easy to use for us and great that there is a sturdy railing to help us along. The view is of the bay and is at the mouth of the bay and the ocean meeting. The dishwasher worked fine but needs replacement racks as many tines in lower rack missing and rusted. It cleaned dishes just fine, was just a little puzzle to load. The decor and artwork is beautiful. Only thing we wished for is a couple of easy chairs or club chairs as the day bed was not comfortable to sit on for any length of time to visit or look out windows.

We loved being up on the bluff, the view was incredible: ocean, spit and coastline. Nice comfy home with a fireplace in the master bedroom and a jetted tub for two. The perfect place to watch a winter storm or walk on the beach.

We came to the beach during the storm (tornado touchdown not far away!) The house was a cozy getaway to watch the storm. Our host was very attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Lovely house in a great location!
