Very comfortable

Cute place, clean, and cozy. I wouldn't recommend 4 people stay here as it's really small. We had to use the pull-out couch for sleeping and it's outdated, uncomfortable, and very lumpy. The kitchen was great, had everything we needed, and the bathroom was sufficient. The shower stall was very small and located outside the bathroom in the laundry room. The location was nice, right along the water, quiet, and peaceful.

We were very pleased with the cleanliness and nice condition of the cabin. The view was spectacular and we enjoyed the sunsets. It was cozy and a very pleasant stay.

Great window view of the Netarts inlet, and close to clamming, crabbing, etc. Staff was extremely helpful and accommodating with questions.

This was a delightful, quaint cottage, well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Quiet location, stunning sunsets, and only a 5 minute walk to the beach or the local store made it the perfect spot for relaxing, reading, or going on day outings. Sarah answered all our questions promptly and the cost was the best deal in town!

This was a great cabin and the view was breath taking in its beauty. It would be perfect for 4 people and the price was great too!

We are repeat visitors, having stayed in both the lower and upper unit at this property, and we have thoroughly enjoyed every visit. The price can't be beat, the views are stunning, and the property is beyond adorable. There are a couple minor maintenance issues like cupboard doors that don't quite close, finicky outlets, and the couch could use an upgrade, but it's a fantastic little place that I highly recommend. We honestly prefer the rustic beach charm of places like this over soulless new construction. We hope to be back soon!

One note about the lower unit - footsteps from upstairs can be easily heard in the lower unit, so if you are particularly noise sensitive, consider booking the upstairs unit instead.

I loved my stay here and hope to stay again in the future. This cabin is a little gem with a panoramic view of both Netarts Bay and the ocean. It has a very comfortable bed, everything you could need in the kitchen, and a secluded deck with a great view.

Stayed for 2 nights with my partner and pups. It had everything we needed and a yard for the dogs. Walking distance from the beach and close to many hiking trails. Very clean and owner was very accommodating. Definitely recommend!

Be aware that the shower is very very small if you have long hair wash it in kitchen sink. That was the only bad thing.

We loved the location. The Cozy Cabin is very nice with a great view and location. It has an amazing old Oregon beach cabin feel to the decor. The beach is just a short walk away with two very close access points. There is a rental space directly above that you share the fire pit and parking with. It was not a problem and the access to the other unit is on the other side. It was a great experience overall and would definitely stay there again.

It was great. They provided so much for our stay. We were able to meet some of the staff. Great time.

My spouse and I and our two pups spent two nights at this delightful little apartment on Netarts Bay. It was spotlessly clean and welcoming. It had a kitchen and laundry equipment. We had everything we needed to spend 3 days there. We would definitely go back again sometime. Very comfortable.

Sarah was so helpful when I had questions during my stay. I love the location for watching the sunset and being able to walk down to the water.

It is a cozy, clean beach cabin with a full kitchen, bath, laundry, living room, bedroom, and outdoor deck for lounging in the afternoon sun with a good book. The owners have done a wonderful job with the decor and continue to update the cabin. At 600 square feet, it is best for a couple. Our Dachshund loves the big yard. The cabin furniture and appliances have been updated and the improvements are not shown in the current online photos. There is a new futon in the living room, a terrific new Avanti stove, and a newer refrigerator with a lower freezer. The only thing that could make the stay better would be a larger bed. The double bed is comfortable, but not ideal for me and my 6'3" husband.

Cabin was so clean and really well stocked with all basic and more essentials.
While it did pour while we were there it was very comfortable and homey and the view was spectacular.
Just a short drive to a local grocery store or the opposite direction takes you to little cafes and shops for exploring
Would definitely love to return to this coastal cutie.

Fantastic place to stay, very convenient to the beach. I loved being able to stay in a home that has a full kitchen as opposed to a motel room with just a microwave. Can't wait to book again!

Cute out of the way place with everything you could want. Nice view and neighborhood. Internet was spotty but since we wanted to be away from it all, it didn't bother us at all. Bed was decent and kitchen had everything we needed. We will definitely come back in future. Sarah was great to work with.

I loved this little cabin. It is beautiful inside and outside. We saw eagles, and seals from the dinning room window with the binoculars that are provided in the cabin. This place is a perfect get away.

We came for a wedding at Ocean City and needed a place to stay. This turned out to be a nice, cozy place to stay, very close to the oceanside.

The rental and its location were more than we could have imagined! Nice, quiet neighborhood with views out over Netarts Bay and the ocean just beyond. Lovely front porch to sit and enjoy our morning coffee and our evening glass of wine. The rental had all amenities, as well as a washer/dryer. This place was a gem and we hope to be back.

This little retreat was a great for our little family of four. It is ideal for a couple or a family with one or two young children (the roll-out bed in the living room would be too short for someone 6' or taller). The beach access is terrific, where we spent the majority of our time.
Description of the house, amenities, etc is accurate (the amenities are actually better than I anticipated). Very well maintained. Management was available if we needed them 24/7. Walkable to the beach via a steep hill, a restaurant within walking distance and within a private, quiet neighborhood.

Space was clean and had everything we needed. The space is small but we knew that going in to the rental and it was totally fine with the limited amount of time we spent actually in the house anyway.

Everything about the house was great with the exception of the noise from the people in the upper part of the house stomping around. The low ceiling and wooden floors made it very hard to sleep at night with people walking around just above us.

This smaller apartment has everything you need for a vacation at the coast. It was perfect for one person who loves to view sunsets over the sea. The beach is a short walk away from the home. The neighborhood around the rental is very quiet. The one thing I did not like was that my cell did not work. I wondered what would happen in case of a health issue or an emergency.

This is a great, well appointed, rental. We had 4 guests in the cozy space, cooked quite a bit, and spent a lot of time in the bay. Management was great. The entire time was pleasant. We're looking forward to renting the space again.

I came for a friend's wedding but chose to stay awhile longer just to get away for a bit. This was the perfect little place. Cute, well supplied, cozy, and with a view of the ocean. I loved sitting at the dining room table with the view to eat and write. If I return to the area, I'd stay again.

We loved our stay at the Retro Retreat. It is small and quaint, but the perfect size for my husband and me. There is easy access to the water as well as the Schooner Restaurant and nearby local hiking destinations. We had a great trip! (The TV/internet
connection could use an upgrade. Movies lose connection while in play. A new Roku or Amazon Fire stick would likely fix this.)

We had a wonderful, relaxing stay. Charming cabin. Beautiful sunny front deck. Next time we would take the upstairs, giving you a complete view of the bay.

The downstairs front deck has beautiful ivy and flowers, so charming.

The cabin was cozy, cute, and exactly as described. It was a beautiful location, just steps to the beach and a local restaurant. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors friendly. It was the perfect get away from some peace and quiet on the coast. Check-in and out were super easy and flexible.

We spent 3 nights at the Retro-Retreat in late August, 2016. The unit was very clean and well appointed. Our dog loved the yard and we loved playing bocce and eating s'mores at fire pit. The view was terrific from the windows, deck and yard. The Netarts area is great with beach walks and forest hikes. The beach is accessible with just a short 5 minute walk. It was everything we needed.

What a wonderful, comfortable place. When you out the window there's an ocean view. Walk down the street and you have beach access. Bed was 5 star ..kitchen had everything you need for meal making.Would revisit there in a heartbeat.

The house is in a great location very close to the bay. Looking out the kitchen window we saw seals on the beach. We enjoyed using the fire pit in the yard and watching the stars. The town is just a 5 minute walk with grocery store and an espresso shop. Monica was very nice and helpful!

A very cozy rental, ceilings were surprisingly low. Perfect for a couple and a pet (us). The kitchen is quite possibly the best stocked in terms of cutlery, pots & pans, and dishware. That was a nice surprise. The only issue I had was the shower, which as someone just over 6ft tall was difficult to use as the head is quite low.

The lower unit of this rental was perfect for a Tillamook cousin reunion. My mom was born and raised there and I have a lot of cousins who also grew up in the Tillamook/Salem area. We were the only rental with the large parking area and the huge fire pit. A cousin said, "This is where we're having the party." We respected the 10PM quiet time. Another cousin brought a half a cord of wood and we had two evenings of food, laughter and bonfires. There were a few minor things that needed fixing in the unit but nothing of any significance. It was a charming little cottage. No closet but not a big thing. The bed was uncomfortable but again, not to the point of unbearable. It was clean, well stocked with supplies. Could use a mirror in the bathroom. All in all, a very reasonably priced rental and way better than my cousin got up the street. We'd rent it again without hesitation.

I couldn't have been happier. The apartment was perfect, the views were fantastic and Netarts is a dream come true.

We loved this property and the views and privacy it provided compared to some of the other choices in the area. We found it a great value and enjoyed our stay, but the owners need to do some basic maintenance to make this place more functional as a VRBO. For example, the freezer was not working and only one burner on the stove functioned. The shower is not comfortable for anyone over 5ft tall (could easily be fixed by purchasing a $20 extender from home depot) and some patio furniture would have been great. The property manager Monica is very accommodating and professional. We would love to stay here again provided the above improvements are made.
